NDDC Opens Applications for 2026/2027 Foreign Master’s Scholarship

The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has invited applications from qualified indigenes of the Niger Delta region for its 2026/2027 Foreign Master’s Postgraduate Scholarship Programme.

The commission, in a statement, said the scholarship is aimed at supporting eligible candidates to pursue Master’s degree studies at accredited universities abroad in key fields relevant to regional and national development.

According to the statement, the programme is open to indigenes of the Niger Delta seeking admission into Master’s degree programmes in foreign institutions.

It explained that the initiative forms part of the commission’s human capital development efforts to equip youths from the region with advanced knowledge and skills needed to drive sustainable development.
