Nadi International School Shuts Down After 34 Years

Nadi International School, Jimeta, has on Tursday announced its permanent closure due to unforeseen circumstances.

The school, established in 1988, had grown to include nursery, primary, and secondary sections, producing notable alumni in various fields.

In a statement, the school’s management expressed gratitude for the opportunity to train thousands of students and make a positive impact on the community.

“Unfortunately, the journey has come to an end. We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, the management and board of this prestigious school have decided to cease its operations permanently,” the statement read.

Alumni have reacted emotionally to the closure, praising the school’s commitment to fostering a supportive community and instilling valuable life lessons.

Nadi International School had celebrated its 34th anniversary last year, with the proprietress, Hajiya Dijjatu Ballah, expressing passion for education and commitment to raising great minds.
