
Acting national chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bukar Dalori, has directed the closure of the party’s national secretariat in Abuja in honour of former president Muhammadu Buhari, who died on Sunday.
The directive was contained in a statement issued by the national publicity of the party, Felix Morka, on Monday.
The statement urged party faithfuls to use the national mourning period for quiet reflection and prayers for the repose of the soul of the deceased.
“As directed by the Acting National Chairman of our great Party, Hon. Bukar Dalori, the Party’s National Secretariat will be closed starting today, Monday, July 14 and will reopen on Thursday, July 17, 2025.
“We urge the party faithful to use this period of national mourning for quiet reflection and prayers for the repose of the soul of our departed leader”.
