Committee for Nwonyo Fishing Festival Gets Right to Work Immediately After InaugurationThe 18-member committee appointed by Taraba State Governor, Dr. Kefas Agbu, for the Nwonyo Fishing Festival wasted no time in springing into action following their inauguration.
Led by Honorable Joseph Titus Nagombe, the Vice Chairman and Commissioner for Heritage and Ecotourism, the committee leveraged their collective expertise to outline a comprehensive plan for the festival’s activities right after being sworn in.
One of their early decisions was to relocate their subsequent meeting venue to Wukari LGA, showcasing their commitment to thorough planning and engagement across the region.
Demonstrating strategic foresight, the committee established a subcommittee under the leadership of the Vice Chairman, aimed at conducting a prompt assessment in Ibi LGA.
