Stakeholders and executives of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Damboa Local Government Area have unanimously endorsed Mohammed Mai Bukar as the sole aspirant for the House of Representatives seat representing Chibok/Damboa/Gwoza Federal Constituency.
The endorsement was announced in a statement signed by the Assistant Party Secretary of APC in Damboa LGA, Mamman Adam Talala.
According to the statement, the endorsement followed wide consultations among party stakeholders and executives in Damboa, reflecting their resolve to present a single, credible, and widely acceptable aspirant for the position.
It noted that the decision was taken in the spirit of unity, progress, and collective interest, aimed at strengthening party cohesion and ensuring electoral success in the constituency.
The statement further disclosed that party leadership in Damboa had mandated a high-level engagement with stakeholders from Chibok Local Government Area and Gwoza Local Government Area to foster consensus and promote unity across the constituency.
The party reiterated its commitment to inclusiveness, dialogue, and mutual understanding among stakeholders within the constituency, noting that collaboration among members remained key to sustaining party strength in the area.
