Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, highlighted the significance of cooperation among government officials, religious leaders, and traditional figures to foster peace, tolerance, and unity during an extraordinary preaching session organized by Jama’atu Izalatul Bid’a wa Iqamatus Sunnah at Gwallaga Jumu’at Mosque.
He was speaking on saturday night when he attended the extraordinary preaching session organized by Jama’atu Izalatul Bid’a wa Iqamatus Sunnah at Gwallaga Jumu’at Mosque,reaffirming his commitment to providing a supportive environment to Ulamas for the propagation of islamic knowledge.
He stressed the importance of strengthening ties between the Izalah group and his administration for the collective benefit of society.
Governor Mohammed commended Salisu Abdulhadi for his exemplary honesty in returning a bag of money without taking a single penny, showcasing ethical conduct and integrity. As a token of appreciation, the Governor gifted him a bus, urging young people to emulate his integrity.
The National Chairman of the group, Sheik Abdullah Bala Lau, and the Bauchi state chapter chairman, Professor Zubairu Madaki, lauded Governor Mohammed for his significant contributions and unwavering support for the development of Izalah. They assured continued collaboration to ensure the success of his administration and the progress of Nigeria as a whole.
