Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed of Bauchi State has engaged the management of Rano Air on plans to expand the airline’s services to Bauchi.
The governor received the airline’s delegation at the Bauchi Government Lodge, Abuja, on Thursday night.
The team, led by Rano Air Managing Director, Lawal Bakin Zuwo, included the airline’s Executive Director and Operations Control Manager.
Discussions centered on establishing a Bauchi route to improve air connectivity for residents and visitors.
Mohammed assured the delegation of his administration’s full support in ensuring the airline’s smooth entry into Bauchi’s airspace.
The Rano Air management expressed strong interest in expanding its operations and pledged to collaborate with relevant stakeholders to make the project a reality.
