Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, graced the wedding ceremony of the daughter of his former Deputy Governor, Baba Tela, in Azare, Katagum Local Government Area.
The event, held in the historic town of Azare on Saturday, brought together an array of dignitaries, including top government officials, traditional rulers, and well-wishers from across the state and beyond.
Senator Baba Tela, a respected figure and Governor Bala’s deputy during his first tenure, enjoys widespread admiration for his contributions to governance and community development.
During the visit, Governor Bala also paid homage to the Emir of Katagum, reaffirming his respect for the traditional institution and its vital role in promoting unity and cultural heritage in Bauchi State.
