During the turban ceremony at the Bauchi Emir’s palace on Saturday for various dignitaries, including Governor Umar Mohammed Bago of Niger State, Senator Halliru D. Jika, and others, Governor Bala highlighted the significance of the traditional title holders in representing the Emirate and the state.
