Fintiri Appoints Dr. Kwanam to Head Adamawa Scholarship Board
Adamawa Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has appointed Dr. Joshua T. Kwanam as Executive Secretary of the Adamawa State Scholarship Board.
The appointment, announced by Chief Press Secretary Humwashi Wonosikou, takes immediate effect.
Fintiri emphasized his commitment to prioritizing education and youth development, stressing the critical role education plays in shaping the future of Adamawa’s youth.
“I charge you to ensure transparency, accountability, and fairness in the scholarship selection process,” Fintiri told Kwanam.
