
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has concluded its House of Representatives primary elections in Borno State, producing candidates across the three senatorial districts of the state ahead of the next general elections.
Under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, the following aspirants emerged victorious in their respective federal constituencies:
Borno North Federal Constituency
Usman Ali Zannah — Gubio, Kaga and Magumeri Federal Constituency
Bukar Talba — Marte, Monguno and Nganzai Federal Constituency
Fati Kake’nna Alkali — Abadam, Mobbar, Guzamala and Kukawa Federal Constituency
Borno Central Federal Constituency
Kaumi Umara Zulum — Dikwa, Mafa and Konduga Federal Constituency
Mustapha Babani — Bama, Ngala and Kala Balge Federal Constituency
Satomi Ahmad — Jere Federal Constituency
Abdulkadir Rahis — Maiduguri Metropolitan Council (MMC) Federal Constituency
Borno South Federal Constituency
Muktar Betara Aliyu — Biu, Bayo, Kwaya Kusar and Shani Federal Constituency
Tarpaya Asarya — Askira/Uba and Hawul Federal Constituency
Ahmad Usman Jaha — Gwoza, Damboa and Chibok Federal Constituency
All the candidates secured victory in their respective APC primary elections, positioning them as the party’s flagbearers for the forthcoming House of Representatives polls in Borno State.
