Customs Opens Portal for Printing Acknowledgement Slips Following Network Glitch

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has launched a dedicated portal to allow applicants in its recent recruitment exercise to print their acknowledgement slips following network challenges that disrupted the application process.

The NCS announced this development in a statement issued on Friday in Abuja, urging candidates to visit the official portal at https://recruitment.customs.gov.ng/index.php to complete the process.

According to the statement, the network issues were caused by an overwhelming number of applicants trying to access the system simultaneously, leading to significant delays in the completion of applications.

“To address this issue and ensure that no qualified applicant is disadvantaged, the Customs Service has provided a platform where candidates can log in and print their acknowledgement slips,” the statement said.

The NCS advised applicants to log in using their registered email and application ID, phone number or NIN and to ensure they keep the acknowledgement slips safe, as they will be required in subsequent stages of the recruitment process.
